Boxer Puppies: Near Omaha Nebraska
We raise only one litter per year of AKC Boxer puppies. It is an honor we take seriously.
We love our Boxers and we LOVE raising life-long family members, making friends with other Boxer families and exceedingly proud of our pups as we watch them grow and succeed in life.
There are not many Boxer puppies in the Omaha Nebraska area. They are few and far between with maybe one litter per year.
We are located in Eastern Nebraska between Omaha and Lincoln. Many of our Boxers puppies are placed with families in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Colorado. But we also will travel and meet you to deliver a Boxer puppy.
Some of our other Boxer families are located in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, New York, and Virginia.
We do NOT ship our pups. I think I would have a heart attack letting them go with someone I don’t know, let alone fly commercial.

Health Guaranteed Boxer Puppies
Both Lady and the prospective sire have tested NEGATIVE for DM (degenerative myelopathy) and ARVC (arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy) We guarantee that all vaccinations, dewormings, and vet exams have been given as stated on the pups vaccination/ exam health records provided.
Our Boxer puppies are guaranteed for 48 business hours after the date of sale against highly contagious diseases and guaranteed for ONE year from the whelping date against life threatening congenital / hereditary birth defects.
We expect the Buyer to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 business hours (2 days) of taking possession of the puppy.
The Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona Virus after 48 hours after the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeders premises.
Puppy Vet Scheduled Visits
Not only do our girls get regular veterinary visits but so do our puppies. Their tails are docked and dewclaws removed at 2 days of age.
They also receive two sets of shots and deworming before going home.
At each visit, they are weighed and given a thorough exam. This includes listening to the lungs and heart for murmurs, examining mouth, teeth, feet, and genitalia. The umbilical area is also checked and the abdomen and lymph nodes are palpated.
Every new puppy family receives in their puppy packet veterinary records from “Doc” Gigstad with the documented visits and history.
We Believe Training a New Puppy Starts with the Breeder
- Early neurological stimulation
- Daily body handling (ears, feet, mouth etc)
- Puppy kennel training (sleep in a kennel at 3 weeks)
- No bite training and bite inhibition
- Puppy car trips secured safely in a crate (during vet visits)
- Puppy confinement training (crates, kennel)
- Positive puppy socialization (peoples, places, things)
- Early paper training (we get excited about poops on the paper)
- Housetraining (they start going outside to poop at 4 wks)
- Teaching your pup to sit (some learn earlier than others)
- Start training puppy to come when you call (you should hear our “puppy, puppy, puppy” call, some are more stubborn)
We teach our puppies bite inhibition at an early age. We basically train the puppy biting out of them from an early age. Just like their Momma does. We encourage positive puppy behavior from the start.
“Sit and you will be petted. Sit and you will be scratched. Jump and you will be pushed down and ignored while your brother or sister is scratched. “
Our boxer puppies quickly learn by watching their littermates. This takes time. A lot of time, dedication, and repetition. It also needs to be reinforced when they go to their new homes.
We will get puppy families that call us asking for puppy biting solutions when they bring their new baby home. Pups are smart, they will test their new families and limits.
Your Boxer Puppy Will Be Microchipped
Our veterinarian microchips and registers the puppies with your name and contact information with the Home Again Deston Fearing Microchip database. on their 9-week vet visit. Why do we do this? Because we have learned many of our puppy families, in their excitement forget to change the microchip registration.
Years later if their dog is lost the microchip is useless. What does a microchip do for your dog? If your dog gets out and is lost any animal shelter or veterinarian can scan for the chip and find your contact information so you can be reunited.
A microchip gives peace of mind.
A Boxer Puppy is for Life

Find a Dog Breeder You Can Trust
However, you choose a dog breeder, ask questions. You can learn a lot about a Boxer breeder just by asking questions. If anything sounds fishy, or off, don’t go through with a purchase you may regret later.
When you find a good dog breeder the pups are well worth the investment for your family.
